I’ve partnered with organizations from scrappy nonprofits to established brands, reshaping their messaging and design through a behavioral, human-centered lens. In healthcare, I worked with CAN Community Health and the Florida Department of Health to address HIV and disease prevention with empathy, clarity, and a touch of levity. These campaigns didn’t just raise awareness. They moved people to act. To pick up the phone, walk into a clinic, and take charge of their health. In destination marketing, I helped Orlando North, Ocala/Marion County, and the City of St. Cloud uncover their unique voices. We turned pass-through places into must-visit destinations and built campaigns that shifted both traveler behavior and community pride.

I’ve brought the same approach to higher education and finance. With Columbia Southern University, we connected adult learners to their aspirations and made enrollment feel personal. In banking, I worked with FAIRWINDS, iTHINK Financial, and FirstLight FCU to humanize finance. We built stories and visual identities that turned young adults into enthusiastic credit union members.

Across every project, I step in as creative director, strategist, and anthropologist. I immerse myself in the client’s world to uncover the human element behind the mission. The results show up in engagement, loyalty, and action. But the deeper outcome is a mindset shift. A clearer, more connected way for brands to speak to the people they serve.
