In healthcare, I collaborated with CAN Community Health and the Florida Department of Health to tackle topics like HIV and disease prevention with empathy, honesty, and a touch of levity. These campaigns didn’t just raise awareness—they moved people to pick up the phone, walk into a clinic, and take charge of their health. In destination marketing, I helped Orlando North, Ocala/Marion County, and the City of St. Cloud uncover their unique souls—transforming “drive-through towns” into “must-visit spots” and driving both traveler behavior and local pride.
I’ve also brought this approach to higher education and finance. With Columbia Southern University, we connected adult learners to their aspirations, making enrollment feel like the next chapter in their personal story. In banking, I teamed with FAIRWINDS, iTHINK Financial, and FirstLight FCU to humanize finance—crafting friendly storytelling and visual identities that turned young adults into enthusiastic credit-union members.
Across every project, I act as creative director, strategist, and anthropologist—immersing myself in each client’s world to unearth the human element at the heart of their mission.
